Here will be a collections of individuals/orginisations knwon to be involved with this "doctor" or has some connection to odd events that occur around Europe.
this is an orginisation known as U.N.I.T, we know this orginisation was formed in 1968 with inside sources, (a confirmed relative of an orginal member of the org). It's an orginisation on the UNs payroll, a force that went to investigate the odd and alien. It is known that "The Doctor" was at some point involved with this group with ties to a specific individual known as "brigadier lethbridge-stewart". This force is still running today and if you see this website or an individual apart of this group disapear one day, know that none of us willing will end up in a ditch.
Another orginisation found to be involved with alien tech/individuals, with posably multiple locations, (unsure of some sites), we know of one specfic site know as "Torchwood 3" located in Cardiff. With information from locals we have confirmation that these Torchwood people have appeared at multiple police scenes and local areas whenever something particulary beyond our comprehension happens. Again a specific individual has been witnessed to be around a blue box in clothes seemingly from an older military force but he himsel fbeing not over 25. Through some research by local help it seems this man may be an individual going by "Captain Jack Harkness".
This women, as you should know, is Harriet Jones former prime minister. Famously one of our greatest prime ministers and not so famously involved with "The Doctor". Do you remeber christmas 2005?, maybe it's a little foggy, you remeber bits and pieces but do you remeber the missil launched that day into a seemingly alien ship in the sky? Going through some classified state defence documents we have found records of a missile launch on this exact day with the words "Alien", "doctor" and "Prime Minister" all mentioned in theses documents. Seemingly there was a ship shot and taken down on the same day as when Harriets government run started its downfall. These are to many coincidences to not be concidered connected.
